Custom measuring and fitting services

Want the best for your special day? For an additional fee, our designer will fly out to you to take your measurements before sending you your dress. Be sure to select “yes” to the Custom Fitting Services if you are interested in acquiring this service.

How long will it take for me to receive my dress?

- 10 days to 1.5months depending on the complexity of the design.

Payment Terms: 

Your order is fulfilled only after we receive your 50-100% upfront payment. The remaining payment + shipping fee will be made upon our provided proof of completion of your order.

Payment Options:

1.Financial Exchanges (Western Union and Money Gram)

2.PayPal payments (+5% of the sum)

3.Bank Wire Transfer

Shipping: Delivery is made based on the customer’s preference; with all shipping fees covered by the client.

Shipping Options:

1.DHL (time of delivery - 2 days). Delivery is paid by Customer.

Returns & Refunds:

Clients have 7days days to return items to You & Me Forever Bridal from receipt of goods; should they be unhappy with the product received. Do not tear off labels, alter or wash the gown.

To return the order, make a detailed description of your complaint, describing any errors or defects with the order, and email it to us with supporting photographs. If we are unable to assist you with solving the problem, you will receive a 100% reimbursement once the order has been returned to us in its original condition.

Should the order not be in its original condition, it will be returned to the client at the client’s expense.

Custom made wedding gowns cannot be returned without legitimate reasons.

Wholesale Orders

We cater our services to the needs of our wholesale buyers and their retail clients. Our wedding gowns are extremely affordable with flexible purchasing terms; without sacrificing on the quality and the unique sketches and designs of the gowns.

Price Range: $400USD - $600USD per gown (subject to reduction depending on qty of pieces ordered)

MOQ: 5pcs per style (pieces can be in a variety of sizes)

Sizes: XS – XXX-Large and more

Lead Time: 10 days to 1.5months depending on the quantity ordered, complexity of the design and the season (notice of delivery time will be given prior to purchases).
